An amazing, professional and personal service. So responsive through emails and even arranged additional a fitting of a cassette deck to my hired turbo trainer so I could use it as soon as it was received. I rented a ShokBox to take my beloved carbon gravel bike to the Carolinas in the US and I could not be happier! The box itself was super sturdy and kept my bike 100% safe. Can 100% recommend Turbo Trainer Hire. Sarah was super helpful in offering advice for a remote charity turbo ride, and very knowledgeable about the equipment. Outstanding customer service, prompt delivery and incredible flexibility as our plans changed during the hire. The equipment itself is first class and was very easy to assemble - Sarah was even able to assist with a non-standard wheel skewer to make sure it would fit onto the trainer.

Absolutely fantastic service and product. I decided to hire as I had turbo trainers in the past and they were a bit of a disappointment. They added up sitting neglected in the corner of the room. So I didn't want to invest in an expensive turbo trainer for the same thing to happen.The company communication has been fantastic throughout, the instructions and product is faultless and delivery was early. I cannot praise the company and product any higher.

Amazing company. Hired a bike box for a couple of weeks to take my bike for an event abroad and the communication throughout was great. Sarah went above and beyond to make sure my box arrived in time when there was an issue with the courier. Couldn't recommend them enough and I'll definitely be using Turbo Trainer Hire again

I recently hired an Evoc Bike Bag Pro so that I could safely transport my xl sized xc mtb overseas. The bag arrived to me on time and in great condition and including instructions. This is a really high quality bag with lots of padding and straps to keep your frame and wheels safe. It’s not the easiest bag to drag around but its fine if you’re just walking around an airport terminal. I should also note that i had some issues with fedex in that they kept failing to collect the bag and the people from TTH were fantastic and super supportive in helping me chase fedex. i would certainly use TTH again.

Hired Evoc bike bags from these guys for a mountain bike trip to the Sierra Nevada. Bags were in good condition, arrived bang on time, and return process was very easy. Good people to deal with, good communication and flexible to your needs. Bags were excellent and protected my Full sus well. Easy to pack.
