Would absolutely recommend Helen’s classes. I started Pilates recently at Brill – a friendly class, not too big and Helen is brilliant at encouraging and helping each person individually. All equipment is provided by her which is great.

Helen is an excellent and knowledgeable teacher with a dedicated and personable approach to teaching. Every class is different, using a range of equipment and movement which Helen adjusts to suit our individual needs. Best Pilates in Bucks!
