'Same day' payments outstanding since 29th June totalling thousands of pounds. Managers are apparently not on the phone system and complaints are ignored. Avoid dealing with this company or its local branches if you are a small business.

There was small missunderstanding about collection but after phone conversation everything arranged for new date, quick collection of car- took around 5 minutes, good quote for car and money on bank account after 4 hours from collection time. I can fully recommend this company.

Absolutely no complaints at all. Arranged a collection for a car to be scrapped online after getting a quote.(The quote was over double what I'd been offered from similar scrap dealers.)Several texts to confirm and remind me of the collection. Phone call the day before to agree to a time.Arrived right on time to collect, log book details filled in and left within 5 minutes.Correct amoint of money paid into my bank account the same day.I genuinely wish all transactions where as smooth as this. Full compliments to the team here.
