A great club for all ages for fitness and self defence. My daughter and I are both members and love the variety of the lessons. They include circuit training, skills training and fitness orientated games. We highly recommend them.

I Would highly recommend this club to anyone. All levels and abilities welcomed. Great if you want to learn a new skill. If you dread going to the gym and lack motivation NHTKO is a fun way to improve your fitness and confidenceand meet new friends.

An amazing club! Everyone is extremely friendly and the club is very diverse and enthusiastic. Mark, the instructor and supporting members are really knowledgeable and there are some really talented members. As I said everyone is really kind and supporting, its like a big family here, a great place to start your tae kwon do journey.
