Fantastic service. Chris was at our house within half an hour and spent the best part of 2 hours getting our challenging lock open. He was patient and relaxed, which helped me stay relaxed. Very reasonable price too. Would highly recommend him and most certainly use him again if needed.

After being broken into, I phoned this company to sort out my door locks and within a couple of hours he was there to fit new locks, door mechanism and handles, couldn’t all be done in one day so the guy came back 3 days running to make sure the job was done right. Great workmanship at a reasonable cost. Would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Called and someone turned up within one hour, very knowledgeable about different locks, was able to fix my door and also fixed a different lock without charging me. great service would recommend A+

My PVC door had jammed shut the whole mechanism was broken called first response , they came out got in to my house replaced the parts there and then in good time very knowledgeable tradesman and adjusted my door so it fitted better than before spot on great price as well would definitely recommend ..
