Late, took about an hour to come to the wrong conclusion (another engineer found and fixed the problem in 5 minutes) and stopped responding to my messages, leaving me in cold for another week while I found someone who could actually solve my problem.Response to business response: incorrect, I messaged you on the same number I used to organise the job. I messaged you twice, asking for an update. No response. Don't lie.

Recently had a new Combi Boiler fitted by Activ-Heat. Josh is a very conscientious worker and did an excellent job. He also understands the meaning of Customer Service, which can be very rare these days. I would definitely recommend him to others. Thankyou Josh.
