We have been really impressed with the level of service and the quality of the kitchens. It has made our experience of buying a new kitchen so straightforward and at no time did we feel pressurised in any way. Our kitchen designer, Olga Paz, in the Kirkcaldy Showroom, could not have been more helpful and patient. She helped us to create a beautiful design for our home, and always made us feel very comfortable with the process. All the way through, during several meetings, we were made aware of every aspect of the design, and Olga continually checked prices to get us the best possible offers and discounts. A big help for us was the V.R. experience as we could see how our new kitchen will fit in to our own home. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Olga and Wren, it's been a really great experience for us and we're really looking forward to our installation.

I bought a new Wren kitchen Nov 2019 it was flooded out in Oct 2020 and due to the pandemic it took longer to fix everything. I went to Wren who had all the details of my first kitchen, I had my new kitchen fitted in Jan 2021 and I am absolutely delighted with it. They manage to re fit it exactly as the old one which I chose and loved. The only thing I changed was the drawer knobs to finger pull handles there was no need to change a perfect kitchen. We had to have floors dried, decorating and flooring and carpets changed but at the end it was a fantastic job by all. Love it to bits.

Brilliant experience with lots of design appointments to create the exact dream kitchen we were after. Great to see so many options in the huge showrooms. Aftersales customer service exceeded expectations with replacements and refunds issued quickly. Highly recommend!

Salesmen into you the moment you walk through the door so not the venue for a quiet stroll! This continued for as long as were in the building. They have some lovely ideas, colours etc, ive heard there well priced so ill go back

A very positive experience from our initial visit to the very impressive Kirkcaldy showroom to the excellent design service and advice provided by Danny Yau. Units are of high quality and were delivered on time. Any issues were promptly resolved by Wren customer services. Installation and solid oak worktop fabrication was carried out by Callum Mclachlan (CMJ Joinery Ltd) who did an excellent job and is also highly recommended.Val and Len Traub

We felt our initial contacts were very good and there was plenty kitchen layouts to view with various appliance, worktop & sink options. Our designer spent plenty of time with us and was very friendly. We did feel things went reasonably smoothly from start to finish with a few stumbling blocks along the way which caused our fitters a few issues - I must say our wren approved fitters SB Installations were very hardworking despite the issues they encountered. It would be better to be more realistic regarding the amount of upheaval the customer will experience our installation started 1/5 and we did not have use of our induction hob or new sink with running water till 22/5.We did have interactions with other wren staff and they were very helpful and they resolved some issues we had.We are pleased with our new kitchen in process of getting it decorated in readiness for the glass splashbacks to be installed - these are being done independently of wren.

From the very beginning Wren were phenomenal to deal with. My wife and I visited just for ideas. At no point did we feel pressure to buy into anything. We liked what we seen so booked a design appointment and were introduced to Imran Ali. Imran is a credit to the business. The most professional, personal and attentive man I've ever met. He listened to what we wanted, chopped and changed designs and in the end designed us the kitchen of our dreams. We worked through various options to get the price to where we needed it to be and there was no up selling to ensure we got that. Imran even took the time to design a kitchen that we had got from another supplier to show us the difference. He knew what we wanted from taking the time to talk to us and was able to identify where the designs differed.From first visit, to delivery, to aftercare. The service has been absolute first class.If anyone is looking for a kitchen design. Try and get in with Imran. You certainly won't look back.

We had heard from friends that Wren was expensive. But, wanting to see where the price was and experience the service, we went ahead with a design appointment. We met Imran Ali and couldn't have met a more skilled and knowledgeable professional. Listened to our needs, offered options and gave an honest opinion. The results speak for themselves. Thanks Imran! It was better than we hoped for.
