I arrived last week with a vague description of a noise being made from my car, a short time left before the MOT due to expire (20 days) and a Service required. I was given a date and a price for the MOT and Service work. When I returned there was a courtesy car waiting for me, and my car was taken off for work. When I was contacted to discuss the failure points of MOT, I was given a simple, no baffling, no jargon plain English breakdown. I was informed what would happen next and able to ask as many questions as I needed without being made to feel like a typical woman". Where do I start, this garage has been amazing. Mal has been a complete life saver. I found this garage through breaking down and being taken there by an RAC recovery van. The service I received right from the offset was incredible. Very professional and friendly, after further inspection of my car they discovered that the previous garage had actually done more damage than repair, Mal took the time to explain this all to me, being a typical woman not knowing a lot about cars. It seemed to be one thing after another with this car.He was very understanding, dealing with my endless ranting. At points I think I spoke to him more than I spoke to my actual family, he was always there at the end of the phone. Being a woman it can be very difficult in finding a garage you can truly trust, I can honestly say I will not be using any other garage. Mal goes above and beyond, words can not describe how grateful I am for the support and service I have received from this garage. Highly recommend this garage
