​The most impressive thing about Genie Cloud is their consistency. I have used their services for a few years now in a few different properties and their professionalism, up to date knowledge and quality has always been consistently good. Ash is always available to explain to me for the fifth time or someone in the family how to operate the home automations or sometimes just to guide us through a system reset. Fitted a number of systems over a renovation project - alarm, intercom, wall mounting TV and AV, including aerial and ethernet distribution and a dedicated cabinet. From the start, communication was excellent and sound advice was given. Great service and reliable service would recommend

My parents urgently needed security cameras fitted as they had trespassers which made them feel unsettled, police couldn't take it further other than file the report. I found Geniecloud who did a great job at offering what we needed and efficiently. Using high-tech cameras and security lights. They are a professional team, very tidy, polite, affordable and offer a very high standard of service. Definitely would recommend it.
