I've called twice and had excellent advice from both team members at Velotech (Russell and Josh I think it was). Great technical advice and no rush when discussing multiple problems on a customer bike. A bit of humour too, much appreciated. Ordered parts and they arrived the next day. What's not to like. Literally the best customer service I have had from anywhere. I've been really struggling to find a replacement bottom bracket and these lot not only had one, but dropped it round to my house for free. 5 stars, top notch, will be trying to funnel all custom possible through this shop.Thanks so much, next time I'm in Stratford I'll be dropping in with a doughnuts and beer.
