Millies Cookie's The Potteries Centre

I went today while im in my break fromWork in the shopping centre to get some ice cream and when I asked for my stuff discount which is the guys always gave to me once I showed them my workshop badge the one in the shop today did not even after I showed her my badge two and I do work two shops from the shop still saying no with an aggressive tone and challenging conversation, I found leave it and go and she will be lost after she packed it already but I thought don't be like here especially the app won't get scanned or anything and this show how people rude even to talk to them shopping centre colleagues, this not good at all I won't go there really again is not worth it to deal with rude angry people I got the payment receipt I can forward it if need it because she didn't want to say her name

Kids had milkshake and ice cream, lots to choose from. They enjoyed them and they were full of flavour. Prices are okay.

With the exception of the staff that was managing baking at the time, customer service was extremely lacking. The ladies in front of us had just been served ice cream, and as soon as it was our turn to order, the woman at the cashier had gone towards the back of the shop to have a little gossip with her coworker. Normally, cookies and service are enjoyable, but we had left extremely disappointed with nothing.

Only had 1 good product from here last 3 times my daughter has had a make your own shake it was like water with no sauce or cream and the people who work there look like they can't be bothered, they either never have cream or any ice cream flavour available it is absolutely nothing like the pictures advertised! Don't bother wasting your money go Starbucks instead and get a frappucino

Went there to get milkshakes, had to wait 5mins before the girl working there came to ask us what we wanted and when we asked for milkshakes she said “we don’t have milkshakes we ran out of milk”. I went home and checked Uber eats app and they do have milkshakes bcz I could order it so she just didn’t want to make us milkshakes honestly disappointing

I ordered a birthday cookie for my daughters birthday and wow it was amazing she wanted a stranger things theme and they nailed it. She loved it and tbh it was the best cookie/cake I have ever had . Highly recommended

Nice tasting milkshakes but Customer service needs to be massively improved all staff were miserable and also be more specific about certain products.

Whenever we pop down to stoke we always stop by the Millie’s cookie shop. The staff especially Stacy are lovely and always accommodating. Thank you for everything.

Visited quite late in the day not long before the store was due to close so there was a limited display of cookies however, this was no problem for me and my partner as there was still plenty of choice and the cookies were still relatively fresh and, obviously, very tasty. :)

Staff always rude & miserable & look bored.Used to have a milkshake here everyday . Old staff were lovely and friendly.Milkshakes now are too watery even when you ask for it to be made thick. Once I was even told they are not allowed to make them thick? Milkshakes are SUPPOSED to be thick. Otherwise it’s just flavoured milk!Old staff used to make a lovely thick milkshake for me hence why I used to come daily.As of more recent times staff are vile and product is vile.Needs serious improvement.
