Phil was superb and thoroughly got to the issue we were having with rats in our loft. His experience and expertise has finally meant we can be left in peace and get some sleep after 8 months of trying to sort it out ourselves! We should have got Phil in within a matter of weeks rather than waiting this long. A really decent guy, friendly, approachable and very easy to chat with and overall very timely and professional in all he does and wants to get the best for you with the outcome. Would highly recommend most definitely.

Phil went above and beyond to get rid of a squirrel that was in my loft. He even came back a fourth time , did not charge, squirrel now gone. Would highly recommend.

Phil was really quick to respond and come out to us. He dealt with the issues we were having and gave sound advice on measures we could take to reduce the risk of them coming back.Phil is great at staying in touch and letting you know what's going on every step of the way so you always know what's going on.I would highly recommend Phil and would definitely use him again if we ever needed to.

We can’t thank Phil enough. We had a hornets nest right by our window and the hornets were coming into our flat. We called Phil and he came out the morning and took care of the nest. A swift and professional service. Would highly recommend.

TLDR: A very kind, patient and effective service. Couldn't recommend more.I contacted Phil back in March about a silverfish problem I noticed when I moved into a new property. I have OCD and pest problems are incredibly stressful for me. Contacted a couple other local places and had some pretty dismissive responses. Phil, however, was very kind and understanding and offered some advice to manage the problem myself first. He kept in touch while I monitored the situation. When I couldn't fully resolve myself, he came round to lay some spray and traps and followed up with a second visit in April. They've not returned since so I'm thrilled!I did contact Phil again in August after a bed bug scare post-holiday as well! This was peak stress for me. Again, he was super kind and patient and offered an inspection - considerately reconfirming I was okay with the inspection charge despite not seeing any concrete evidence of bed bugs (I was of course okay with this!). I wasn't in when he visited this time but my partner was surprised at how thorough he was. Fortunately, there were no bed bugs and we actually found the cause of the bites later on (a chigger!). But I'm glad I contacted Phil, he really gave me peace of mind at the time.I don't really write many reviews, but this is a really great service and I couldn't not. Above and beyond my expectations. If I ever need a pest service in the future I'll definitely use this one.Oh and booking/getting advice is so easy as Phil uses WhatsApp. It's a small thing but it's actually really helpful, especially if you hate calling to make appointments!

Excellent service and communication from Barnard pest control. Bird spikes were fitted to my balcony to a high standard which should fix my very annoying problem with pigeon poo. Would definitely recommend.

We had a problem with rats in the loft. It was a stressful experience hearing the noises during the night.Phil identified entry points and worked on the process of eliminating rodents. After few visits, our house was rodent free.During each visit we had conversation about the progress and Phil was happy to answer our questions. After each visit we received a detailed report.I would like to highly recommend Barnard Pest Control; Phil is very experienced and his strategies lead to success.

Phil is professional and knowledgeable, offered good advice and we agreed a plan to deal with the rodent infestation and it was all sorted quickly. Communication and response to messages is excellent. A rodent takeover of the loft is pretty stressful and Phil was reassuring, responding quickly to messages and finishing each visit with a detailed report.I would recommend Barnard Pest control and although hope I never have a need to use them again, I definitely would!
