Have called Robin out on 3 separate occasions, once to look at my freezer, once my dishwasher and lastly my washing machine. All 3 times he fixed the problem quickly and professionally. He gave us good advice and was always looking to provide the best value solution for us. His prices are excellent and I would definitely recommend using him for your white goods.

After phoning , Robin arranged to come and look at our Fridge/freezer the following day, arrived on time and was extremely professional . He had a good idea what the problem was and explained that it would take a few days for the problematic part to be sent away for repair. He kept me informed of progress and returned at a pre arranged time to complete the job. I asked if he would change the water filter, as I had already purchased a new one , and he was happy to do that free of charge .I would definitely recommend him, he provides a n excellent professional service .

Robin came out on a Bank Holiday over Christmas to repair our fridge freezer which he managed to sort out and saved us from having to buy a new one. Service was excellent and his charges were really reasonable. Robin is really helpful, polite, efficient and professional. We were extremely happy with his service and would definitely recommend his services 100%. Customer service was fantastic and he phoned the next day to check that everything was all OK. We are so happy to have found him and would not hesitate to use his services again if we had problems with any other appliances. It’s so nice in this day and age to find a genuine, honest and experienced engineer. Plus we also got a 6 months warranty which was brilliant.

Robin came and had a look at my warm fridge and got straight to the problem without much trouble. Booked in to get what was needed and sorted in a matter of days. Couldn’t fault his level of service at all. This review was is a bit late but none the less exceptional service from Robin.
