Erica's shares her up to date knowledge and practical expertise which helps with understanding and practical application in 'really life. Being a new mum to a newborn and a complete novice when it came to first aid I felt like Erica was excellent. She taught me new skills and she made sure that I was confident with a certain maneuver before moving on to the next stage, she let me practice on a doll and helped me with any questions that I had and reassured me that I was doing things right. I would highly recommend her to anyone that wants to learn first aid for newborns and I will definitely be going back to her about doing an infant first aid course when my child is older.
