Had Jo work on my upper and lower back, had some serious knots and tightness that were causing me pain daily. After one session with Jo they felt drastically better, after a few sessions my back has had less knots and over a long period I've had less develop or build up. Jo does a great job and I definitely recommend!

Can't recommend Tfd therapy enough! I've had treatment from both Josh and Jo, and they were equally fantastic in their areas. Josh got my knee injury diagnosed and treated in 2 sessions, so I could get straight back to exercise. :)

Having experienced discomfort with tight hamstrings, I booked with TFD Therapy and received sports massage and shockwave treatments over a couple of appointments. Previous shockwave treatments I have had elsewhere have been much more expensive. Josh offers a very professional service which I would highly recommend.

Muy contenta, Josh es mi salvación. Después de meses llamando al GP (para que nadie me viera y me mandasen las pastillas de siempre para el dolor de cuello) Josh inmediatamente detectó dónde estaba el problema. Con masajes y ejercicios recomendados por él ya no tengo el mismo el dolor desde hace tiempo, ahora ya se donde está el problema y cómo arreglarlo sin necesidad de tener que estar siempre tomando pastillas

I highly recommend TFD therapy. Jo has worked wonders on a hip problem that I had been carrying for some time. In just a few sessions (and rehab exercises to compliment the treatment) it’s now pain free.
