PAVE WORLD UK - Natural Stone Paving

We searched for a long time for a paving supplier, and eventually found Pave world uk, we were really happy with the service we recieved from Tracey, she knew her products and was very patient whilst we decided which paving to go for. We picked Porcelain tiles, Absolute Titanio, The delivery was excellent, we had 30m2 and had no damaged tiles, as they were well packaged, they made sure the batch numbers were all the same, giving us the same colour throughout. We had to return for more tiles as we wanted to do more in the garden, and they found the same batch numbers for us. Pricing was much cheaper than other paving suppliers.We have not completely finished the garden but thought we would share our experience on their website. We can highly recommend, Thank you Tracey.

Fantastic service and product. I was let down by another supplier of a paving circle. I managed to source a better product from Pave World that was couriered to me in the North of England the next day, so my garden renovations could continue as planned. There was a small error in the delivery but this was resolved promptly with no issues. Communication has been great and friendly throughout. I rang before making my order to check stock availability and delivery times, and have had email and phone communication whilst resolving the error.

I am very happy with the customer service I have received from pre order to after sales care. Service representatives were on hand via web chat as needed, the ordering process online was simple and straight forward, the price is very competitive and after care admin has been great. Every contact with this company was quick, easy and painless. Pave World, I applaud you and look forward to using you again.

Ordering was good, but delivery is a big let down. Coping stones stacked on top of each other with no protection between. 18 out of 32 on the first order damaged chipped due to badly packaged.Additional 9 copings ordered 6 were damaged again due to poorly packaged even when requested to be packaged better.Just remember they state only 14 days to check everything and won't replace the damaged copings. When requested to see this contract none provided.Also they claim £3800 is a small order.Save your money and purchase from that provides a good aftercare.

I was after a fairly specific style and colour paving for an entirely new front & rear garden project. Pave world provided what I was after with quick delivery, great quality and brilliant looking paving. Zero breakages across 200+ slabs.Helpful staff in assisting my order and reasonable pricing.Hope to use again in the future.

The service I received from Pave World was genuinely fantastic. They were great on price and fast with delivery. I had a minor issue with one slab that was damaged in transit and they remedied the situation by sending out an immediate replacement with no quibble whatsoever.

Ordered the raj green slabs for an oldie worldie look for our patio. Came within 3 days due to the May bank holiday. I was very happy with the price, great communication and delivery time. Would highly recommend.
