Despite the tight time I had available,the financial agreements and the sales process went through very smoothly. We were able to complete everything within only four days. Had an old Mercedes ML out of warranty, fixed at this dealer. They were very quick and while still having dealer prices did not exactly rob me. Very happy with quick turnaround on fixing the car.Thank your to Antonio who booked in, receptionist at services lovely lady and the technician who quoted reasonably and did not push expensive fixes.Respect.

I picked up a Used Approved Mercedes from this branch and was looked after by none other than Simon Archer. An absolute gentleman by all standards. He worked diligently and efficiently to make sure I got the car I wanted and the deal was the cherry on top. Class act. Great service. Will be going back for when I upgrade!

I have just purchased a new car from Mercedes in Worcester and I can't thank them enough... particularly John Ayres. He went over and above to help me and the service I received was outstanding. I cannot recommend John and the team at Worcester highly enough. I was so excited to buy my new car and they made it an even better experience! John was so helpful and wasn't the stereotypical pushy salesman that I was expecting. He was really knowledgeable but really friendly. The whole team were a pleasure to deal with, and people are so quick to post negative reviews that I felt that I needed to make a real effort to give them the thanks and praise that they deserve.

I bought an approved used Mercedes A Class in 2020 and signed up for a service plan with Lookers at Worcester. The whole service team is brilliant but I must specifically mention Ryan Henley, who has always gone above and beyond to accommodate my car for services and MOTs. He also sorted out a recall issue that I had very early on and got it resolved without causing any inconvenience to me. I would definitely recommend these guys!
