Constant drilling every day from 8am due to the fact the building was rushed up and flammable insulation was used. You can tell the flats we're rushed up when you go inside your room too. Paint splashed everywhere, marks on the walls. Many people who live in the flats are also very up themselves! Not a friendly community of people told live with for the most part. Mental health plummeted drastically while staying here!

Annie has been very professional and helpful in the process of my move. The company has reassured me about my rent and room, and made sure I was comfortable before moving, even giving me advice on the average costs on bills, something I haven't done before as I have always lived in Bills Included flats. The atmosphere is great and the building is usually quiet. The neighbours are nice and it is a joy to live here, safely!Thank you! :)

I really enjoy listening to them drilling into the walls non-stop all day because they cheaped out when building the place and used flammable insulation. Very cool and good for my mental health!

This was a means to a end due to personal circumstances,I won't be living here forever but while I am it's okay for me, yes you get noise especially the cars sometimes it's like their coming into your house and some people are noisy and don't have much respect but whist these are negatives they come with alot of positives likeAnnie from Crucible Homes is lovely and she can't help you enough, alsoTony as been really helpful too especially when I moved in.
