I set up my first limited company last year and felt totally lost. I honestly don't think I would have coped without the help of Sharon. Initially I called round local accounts for a quote and was meet by jargon and a lack of understanding, this made me feel so lost and panicked. Then I called Sharon at cbas and we arranged to meet up face to face. It was so refreshing! Sharon spoke in plain English and was very reassuring and easy to get on with. She walked me through exactly what was required for my personal situation and ensured I understood what was needed. She treated me with respect and made me feel at ease instantly. Sharon has been there for me every time I've needed help and advice; she's answered all my queries promptly and has supported me full-heartedly. Not only that, but the pricing in my opinion is very reasonable. If anyone is looking to change accountants, set up accounts for the first time, or just wants a personalised service and human, friendly support, you really couldn't ask for better. Thank you just doesn't seem enough.
