Possibly one of my best taxi experiences! My bus taking me to the train station was on an unexpected diversion today far away from the stop I was waiting at. I called Upton & Lytchett Taxis and true to her word my driver was there within ten minutes and despite all the main ways to Poole being closed, was really sympathetic to the fact that I was in a rush and got me to the station as fast as she could and was super friendly. Unfortunately, my card was declined, my bank's website down and I couldn't get through to my partner...meanwhile my train was pulling up to the platform. With zero fuss the driver sent me an invoice through text and let me run off to my train. Honestly above and beyond. I'm just gutted the link didn't allow me to pay a massive tip (especially as she charged me the usual rate despite the massive diversion). Seriously, THANK YOU!!! PS I think this was special one off...hope this doesn't lead to loads of people asking to pay later.....

Absolutely appalling service.I am exempt from wearing a facemask and today 15.02.22 a lady who answered the call refused to give me service as I told her I am exempt Absolute discrimination! I shall be reporting this company!!By law I do not have to provide any medical exemption evidence as stated on the UK Government website!

Firsts time using and will definitely use again. Told them we had two large suitcases so they sent us a nice big car. Our taxi was also 10 mins early - we were ready but he was happy to pull up and wait if not. They take both cash and card too.

Good service, managed to assist with booking even though it was busy. Friendly service., would definitely use again.

I recently used this company for the first time and would definitely recommend them. Booking was easy and arrived 5 minutes early. Dave was polite, helpful and patient. I would be very happy to use them again.

I am on holiday in Poole and after suffering and unexpected eye injury, I needed to get to hospital. Called this taxi service and I am so glad I picked this company. Dave was very helpful and kept me calm while I was in a lot of pain and even helped me to emergency department on arrival. Highly recommended comfortable clean well priced taxi service.
