Amazing nursery, my little girl attended here just before starting school and thoroughly enjoyed it

over all the nursery experience was ok staff were good at their jobs however management which was Katie and Hannah Smith were not helping to improve standards but the rise in complaints were rising.

My son has just turned 4 and has been at this nursery since he was 8 months old, as full time working parents we could not be happier with the service we get and the care he receives.

shoshone lee thats how it was when I was there , and on top of that we had katie as out new manager an Hannah Smith as our deputy who would lie and do anything to save themselves. The stair case was dangerous too the attic stairs and I was told I still had to carry boiling water for mopping up and down those stairs. I reported my issues to Faye the area manager I think her name was at the time but was totally ignored.

My daughter absolutely loves going to Busy Bee's. The staff are very friendly and I feel extremely comfortable leaving my daughter in their care.

Unhygienic premises. Leaving children's wee in pottys, safety concerns with slug infestations that involve slugs having access to children's toys/cots, untidy laundry areas, bullying staff, leaking roof inside, toilet leaks, changing areas hazardous and not cleaned with milton products after each use and staff turnover says alot about the company. Also staff reveiw to make the rating higher on sites.Sonia :they just lied in their reply back to you, hannah name changed due to marriage she still is the manager of the place. They have removed the photos I provided of the evidence of the state of the place!

I found the nursery to be lovely. A nice space and staff who obviously love their work with children.

Really pleased with how the nursery has helped my daughter get ready for school.

I'm really happy with how my child has settled in to the nursery. The staff are always so pleasant and helpful, including both the managers. There is a good range of healthy, nutritional meals offered. The nursery is well maintained and clean. Plenty of activities and age appropriate toys. Good focus and development and support for children to meet their milestones. I like the way the pre-school are homing in on the children's interests and celebrations like the Jubilee providing focused based activities. There is good level of communication in regards to my child and whats is happening in the nursery. Like to UPP App available and the new opportunity to book extra sessions on line.
