Lee and his team undertook a large project of two extensions to our property with a time scale of six months from start to finish. I was not hopeful this would be achieved after set backs with weather and complications about having to complete the build around me moving and building a new pond with a temporary pond also causing difficulties as it could not be showered in building material dust. However, they did, other than a short delay caused by a lift installer contracted to me not Lee and a bout of Omicron.Throughout the project Lee and his team were a pleasure to have around, all seem to be good natured, willing to do that little bit extra and all work professionally completed.The quality of the work is outstanding and this is in no short part due to Lee's perfectionist approach and pride in his work. A couple of examples, despite approving what we thought was a good brick match, a couple of weeks later Lee turned up a perfect match, completely off his own bat. Lee didn't like the beading provided with our bi fold doors, so changed them himself for something aesthetically better without informing us and at his own expense. I think it would be harder to ask for better than this.Lee and his team are also excellent problem solvers, for instance the roof tiles on our house are discontinued and a different design alongside the existing tiles would have looked incongruous. Replacing the whole roof would have been very expensive, so the solution of stripping one half of the house and re-tiling the roof on that side whilst harvesting the original tiles to complete the roof on the streetward side seamlessly. A further example is when Lee's team realised that an annoying, often flooded, soakaway drain in front of my garage could be diverted into a proper drain through cleverly re-running and disguising the channel for a short stretch. Completed just because Lee thought it was better that way. Wow!And throughout a difficult year for the building trade in terms of material supply and cost the project was delivered on time and to price agreed, which was competitive when it was quoted. I do not believe the quote had fat" in it other than perhaps acceptable contingency.I would happily recommend Primestyle for any major building work. They are professional

Great experience with primstyle initially had them in to do a kitchen extension, with they did to the highest quality, kitchen was full riped out, old roof removed new roof and skylight put in , french doors additional window and all full skimmed, that impressed we got them back to rip out and full replace bathroom suite from start to finish, highly recommend.

Lee and his team were professional from beginning to end. Always there to answer any questions. Nothing was too much. Excellent service.

Lee and his team knocked down our conservatory and built a room extension in its place with bifolding doors and pitched roof. We are delighted with the workmanship, Lee is easy to deal with, advises along the way and is an all round good egg. Thanks Lee and your team

Brilliant set of lads, needed a window putting in gable end and completely plastering from loft down to the landing, no messing around, came in, did the job fast, neat and cleaned up spotless before leaving
