Archer Security recently fitted a brand new CCTV system at my workplace in Telford.From sending an email enquiry Archer were fast to respond and arrange a date for a survey and quotation.James came out and spent 2 hours with me discussing our requirements and was very knowledgable and helpful in suggesting the best equipment to suit our needs. The survey was followed up with a professional quotation showing a drawing of our site and the cameras suggested.This was far more professional than another competing business who also provided a quote.This made our decision on who to go with an easy one. From order placement all of the required cameras and equipment were delivered to us and installed promptly within the timeframe originally given by James.The installation team were professional and friendly, nothing was too much.The system has been in place for a few months now and works really well. All cameras are accessible via phones and the image quality is excellent.Overall both myself and my company wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Archer Security. Quality work, friendly and reasonably priced. 5 stars.

After sales service has also been excellent as since i had them installed, I have moved premises and they have just relocated the system to my new unit. I bought a house and inherited the incumbent alarm system which was installed by Archers Security. Since moving in I asked Archers Security to add 2 additional sensors and a camera system to increase security. James came out to do the yearly maintenance check and discuss the camera's and Conner came out to install. All I can say is that I received a first class service from start to finish and since we have had the camera installed we feel completely safe and protected. Connor, who came out to install the additional sensors for the alarm and the camera system was completely professional and couldn't be more happy with the work he carried out. I'd 100% recommend Archers Security to anyone who is looking for an alarm and/or camera system for their property.

I also use Archer security for my home alarm system and have always been happy with the service they offer.When James visited the site he surveyed each room and discussed different options of what would work in the different areas. James was knowledgeable and professional. We used Archer Security for installation of a CCTV and alarm system. James arrived on time and was thorough in explaining the set-up and possible options available to us. I felt relaxed and confident in the companies ability and having had several other visits we were happy with the quote they provided. It wasn't the cheapest but it was by no means the most expensive!The work was carried out to a high standard and was exactly as described to us. From our request for quotation to installation Archers Security provided a 5 star service. James visited us and spent time compiling a reasonable quotation for 2 x CCTV cameras and fully internal alarm system and also provided us with an excellent date for installation.Both Lewis’s turned up promptly on installation day and just got on with the job which was done very professionally. Both guys were very polite and supportive of questions that we asked regarding our new system.
