Claptons

I have used the services of Clapton's on four occasions over a period of some twenty years. The excellence of their work, their obliging and co-operative approach and their friendly manner have impressed me greatly.Twice, the jobs were undertaken in the most difficult and challenging of weather conditions, but Mr.Clapton and his colleagues persevered and delivered a completely satisfactory outcome on both occasions.Their politeness, reliability and high standard of work are such that I would certainly employ their skills for any future work and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I've used this firm before because of their good reputation but a bit over a year ago they re-turfed my lawn and did some concreting for me and i've had problems with both since. The turf has not rooted properly even with my best efforts to get it to due to the weed fabric they laid under the turf which i've since found out is a bad idea because like mine it can stop the turf roots growing through and rooting well, plus there was the bonus that the turf had several red ants nests in it. As for the concreting that was done it had to be done fairly thinly in some area's due to problems breaking an old path up, since then i've noticed lot's of tiny holes appearing in it and i must say i am concerned these holes will in time just get bigger. The 2 stars i gave Claptons is for effort because they always work hard.
