Yorkshire Balloon Flights

Oliver and the team made both my wife and I feel at ease from the start, Encouraging us to join in setting up. The flight was beautiful and so tranquil. Once we landed we helped put the balloon away and had a refreshing glass of champagne.Would highly recommend for an amazing experience.

What a brilliant 3 hours!So professional with gentle humour, so relaxing up there, and so much fun helping unpack and then pack up the balloon.No fault of YBF (the fault of the British weather) we had 8 bookings cancelled but finally made it today's early morning flight.Would highly recommend to those patient enough!

First of all Olly and Dave are down to earth, friendly and funny and make the whole trip great fun, we had a great time on the flight, enjoyed the set up and pack up as well as the champagne. The flight itself was amazing, calm and fantastic views. I'd really recommend this company, was overall a fantastic experience. Thanks Olly and Dave.

They came out and did a lift for our school group learning about the history of flight. They were so good and patient with the kids and would highly recommend them based on how informative and knowledgeable they were. Thanks again.

The team at Yorkshire Balloon Flight were kind enough to allow a group of our children from Knavesmire Primary School to experience a balloon being inflated up close. They were so kind, helpful and patient that the memories of the huge balloon, the woven basket and roaring burner will live with the kids for a very long time. I thoroughly recommend this team to anyone wanting to see York from the air!

Absolutely amazing experience- we were lucky enough to be able to fly on our second attempt which happened to be our wedding anniversary. The whole process fromBooking/ rescheduling to flying was seamless. Ollie and Chris were brilliant and it was great fun to get involved in the set up and pack down of the balloon, enhancing the whole experience. The chilled champagne at the end rounded the trip off perfectly and the mini bus ride back to our cars at the end was quick and efficient. Highly recommend Yorkshire Balloon Flights. 5* experience.

Cancelled a few times but does give you greater confidence in their professionalism each time. Ollie the pilot allayed any fears. Wonderful experience. Baskets fit 14 in so you’re in a big group. Setting up and packing away is all part of the experience. Surprisingly the height didn’t bother me at all even though I’ve felt ill looking down from tall buildings. Very peaceful. Recommend going with these guys.
