Quite the opposite of the previous review, excellent customer service, had my whole house blinds done by this family run business and they all look amazing.. and when I want a change, I will be phoning blind image without a second thought. Didn't give us the blind we ordered. And damaged the window. Had to get the windows replaced. Never phoned us back. Avoid like the plague.

Super service, highly recommend. Father in law had two blinds re-tubed and new brackets fitted and was really impressed with the staff who was really nice and helpful.Service was really quick, done within 48 hours and even cut blinds down when it was too big for the window.

We had some blinds fitted recently and the service has been outstanding from the start. From the initial phone call, to the measuring service, through to the installation. The team are lovely, the product is very good quality and the care taken when measuring, and also installing was very good. I would recommend Blind Image to anyone needing new blinds.
