New alarm fitted by engineer George.Helpful, patient and professional.Explained operations clearly, but I need to use system before I fully understand as technology is not my strong point. Josh from FHA fitted our alarm system and he was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I was given different options and went for the system that suited our needs.Our house has been recently renovated and we have decided to continue with FHA with a new alarm system. This system met all our need including CCTV and home alarm for a reasonable price. Our engineer Abhishek was very friendly and took his time to explain the system carefully until we were confident. It has been set up very quickly and well. Thank you.I had recalled for a hardware failure. George came and sorted the work, he was very friendly and responded very quick.We will definitely recommend FHA.
