Twice they did miscalculation on my account. Every time they calling me and asking for payment, they don’t even check their bank accounts. Instead of that they calling me and asking for payment.And there is a person Credit Control Officer “Nouman Baig”. He is talking like he doesn’t care about customers. Last thing I heard from him was “up to you”. Not even an apology for miscalculating.I thought Pentagon is a big company rather than a Off-licence shop who is using street slang.
