This hall is set up really well organised, starting off in 1st ww and taking you through to modern times. The exhibits are very well presented with some quirky parts like the hanging uniform. Really enjoyable..

A great, well presented museum hall, packed with kit, artillery and tanks. It also houses the museum of the Royal Anglian Regiment.

Part of the IWM Duxford complex. No additional fee necessary.I missed this hangar because the docent misled me to believe I saw everything. Had over an hour left till closing. Would gone the next day, but they do not offer multi-day passes.

When the cannon and the vehicle come into my sight at the entrance, I did not expect a different demonstrated form from the hangars. But after I walked through those delicately arranged battlefield scenes, it feels just like I have walked in a well-made war movie. From heavy tank to small spy tool, the number and type of the exhibits are both large. Very worth a visit, recommended.

A really amazing place to see tanks and artillery guns used by Allies and Axis forces from World War One, right through to the modern day, and includes a museum with touching stories and pieces of memorabilia and clothing too. A really lovely addition to Imperial War Museum Duxford, and shows the impressive size of tanks and other vehicles used by all sides including Italian, German, American and British vehicles.

Brilliant place, part of the Imperial War Museum Duxford.I cant say how much I love this place. If you're into aviation, military or history then this is one of the best places in the UK. Then there is the thrill of air shows at least three times a year and not forgetting flying days. For current admission prices, check their website. The site is wheelchair and pushchair friendly (although I can't remember about the Land warfare part). There are a few different cafes and prices are a little bit above average. We had a latte in the cafe next to the main entrance and was very disappointed. The latte was served in a mug, but at least half of it was froth. We had another in the American hanger, which was served in a takeaway cup and was full and really nice. There are plenty of toilets dotted about, so you are never far away from one.The museum is brilliant with plenty of aircraft in five different hangers, at least two of the hangers house air worthy aircraft and are often seen taking to the skies.Just to name a few:LancasterMosquitoSpitfiresHurricanesB-17B-25B-52B-29SR71ConcordeME109A-10F-15F-111Really is worth a day out, but don't take my word for it, go visit yourself ✈

Wow this was a fantastic day out for the family. Got to see some amazing iconic aircraft including Concorde and the Blackbird. There were also lots of vintage planes taking off throughout the day. The place is quite large so you will defo get your step count up.

This was my first time viewing this exhibit, wonderful! Tank rides offered at a slight fee, £8 the day we were there. There is a height restriction.
