We had an amazing experience with Sofia and the Penny House team and could not recommend them highly enough. We came out of our 2 year fixed deal with our current provider, initially with a view to selling our property but when this fell through we needed to find a new lender extremely quickly as the standard variable rate increased our monthly repayment by 45%. Within a week of our initial discussion with Sofia we received a mortgage offer from a new lender which reduced our monthly repayment by over 50%! Not only was this a huge saving, but the new product was perfect for us, as it gave us the flexibility we needed in terms of future plans, with no redemption penalty. We had no idea such a product existed nor did we expect it possible for a mortgage to be arranged in such a short time-frame. Being a first time home buyer is a daunting process but Sofia at Penny house helped us through the process with patience and support at every hurdle.  Poor credit was an issue and we were rejected for a mortage not once, but twice!
