A brilliant little cycle shop, with quick and easy customer service. The bike knowledge here is great - my pedals were fixed in no time. Would really recommend for all your cycling needs

Cycle Heaven at the Angel
Our family were cycling from Barlby to York for s day out along the Sustrans cycle path. 2.of us got punctures outside of York. I remembered Cycle Heaven and phoned in advance to see if he could fix them so we can cycle home together. The guy was an absolute legend. You could see clearly he had a lot of work on but he kindly fixed both of our bikes there and then so we could enjoy our day. First class service and wholly recommended.

Fantastic service, Jon was so friendly and knowledgeable, and quick! My bike was in dire need of an overhaul and I got it back the day after I took it in! He's done such a good job its like having a new bike. Thanks so much.

A fantastic, efficient bike service.The friendly staff consistently go above and beyond to get your bike sorted. For example: I didn't have the required rare wheel-lock tool, however the helpful staff coordinated with the other shops around York and hand-delivered a spare -- the bike was all sorted in under 3 hours. Highly recommended for both services and purchases!

Excellent experience with cycle repair at the Bishy road Cycle Heaven. Highly recommended! I've had repairs done at several shops in York and this has by far been my best experience.- Repair was carried out to a very high standard, my bike was in a very bad state before the repair and it has been completely restored- Very friendly team who called to provide regular updates while waiting for parts & who explained the problems with the bike clearly and thoroughly- Very reasonable pricesThank you! :)

My heavily-used touring bike needed quite an overhaul, and it's now as good as new: a sound professional job well done. Great service, friendly staff, good communication, good value - and good humour despite the global problems in sourcing quality parts!

Amazing service, highly recommended.I emailed about getting a spoke replaced and truing my rear wheel. Got a response the next day and had the entire service completed that afternoon for a good price.
