I have always found this dental practice excellent. I have been a patient for around 16 years and never had an issue. Very friendly reception staff and although they only have one dentist at present it has to be said what a fantastic job she is doing under such pressure.

They are my NHS dentist and have refused to give me check ups since my last one in 2019 due to covid. Every time I went for an appointment they told me unless my lost fillings were giving me pain I could not get treatment. I last tried in July 2023 and they were able to give me an appointment but in formed me I would be charged over £1,000 to £1,500 sto replace my fillings as they no longer were NHS dentists.. they are an absolute disgrace!

The female dentist I saw was extremely judgmental and rude, perhaps she should keep her opinions on people's lifestyles to herself and just do her job...The receptionist however was lovely, couldn't fault her.

I have nothing but praise for this practise. I have been with them for years and have seen many changes. As the situation is these days, I appreciate the pressures they deal with, particularly with being short staffed with just the one dentist. I had to wait awhile for an appointment, and had one cancellation due to staffing issues, but understand the reason. Most importantly, as a NHS patient, I recieved excellent treatment and clear advice for a complicated issue. Everyone was pleasant and professional, including Dal the receptionist.

Needed a filling so I called up and the receptionist got me in the next day! The price was pretty competitive at £169 for a check-up and a filling - very easy and efficient, no complaints!

Although I have been a patient since 2011 when I rang to book an emergency appt I’m Told I’m Not registered with them, but they could see me privately - disgusting service and left in agony with a double abscess - I will be taking it up with the GDC - it is unethical for a dentist to cherry pick their NHS patients - shame on you

I had been working off the Island and noticed a filling came loose. I contacted the above dentist and made an appointment. They took a £50 reservation fee , then they cancelled my appointment which I had taken off work to attend and I rebooked but I had got the time wrong by an hour so I turned up 1 hour later which I can understand if they have other bookings but the receptionist was very unprofessional and and also was insisting that I pay another £50 to make another appointment. This was as a private patient- goodness knows how they would deal with NHS patients.
