Nikki, Duane and the team are amazing. They do so much to help and support the people that live in Stoke-On-Trent. They don't discriminate against anyone and if They can help then they will or if they can't help personally, they will point you in the right direction to someone that can help. Friendly staff and lovely cups of tea.It's a safe space, where you can sit and have a bit of a chat over a light snack.There's always a queue outside, so you'd do well to get there early, otherwise you might miss out on the goodies!

Rude staff who look down their nose at you in an unfriendly & judgemental manner. Not at all what you want to experience when you’re struggling with the cost of living crisis. Dates on some of the food in the fridge is past its use-by which is not good. Very disappointing considering how much press this charity has had in The Sentinel.
