We have used MBG for almost 20 years and they have never failed to be anything other than friendly, helpful and very professional.Having just had to have knee surgery on our cocker spaniel they have again treated him and us wonderfully.

I brought my cat in today as she had been injured. The staff were so kind and friendly, non judgemental and made sure my cat was treated and cared for. They offered advice on future care and ensured I had best value for money. As well as being efficient and on time. A really excellent service, Thank you!

We have been using MacArthur Barstow & Gibbs for over 40 years, and have worked with almost all their vets and nursing staff. We have always been greeted like members of the family, and many of our cats have become old friends to them, and are welcomed warmly when they come in for some treatment. They remind us of long-dead pets, remembering quirky behaviours and fads even we may have forgotten!Their clinical and surgical skills are impressive. They never recommend costly tests just because they can be carried out, but always review them within the context of the animal's quality of life, and the realistic benefits they may offer.Great guys!Highly recommended.

I love everyone within this practice. Sadly my boy Aristotle passed away but we were treated so kindly. Definitely recommend.

Used this vets for over 20yrs for small and large animal & can't fault!They are professional and helpful and I absolutely love the surgery situated in Webbs as the dogs can have a little walk before and after treatment on the large grassy area by the stream, which instantly takes the stress out of every visit
