Knew I wanted a Lexus NX, and Lexus Stoke helped me get into one. Had the car a month and it's everything I'd hoped for. My full purchase story of this car started in another Lexus dealership where I felt poorly treated by the Sales Mgt. I then reviewed cars further afield and spoke to Joe, at Lexus Stoke. I traded in my car, and got a fair price on the exchange. Joe was professional, courteous and very helpful. Highly recommend!! In fact we may buy a second Lexus in the next 18 months, and we'd head for Stoke

THE most incredible experience we have ever had! My partner and I have brought many luxury cars through the years and none compare to the customer service we had the pleasure to experience at Lexus Stoke, it really is unmatched. Joe, Peter and Chris, we can’t thank you enough! They really are the most genuine and kind people we have ever come across in the car industry. We live 100+ miles away (each way) from this branch so by no means was it our closest branch however, we visited on 2 occasions (2nd time left with our new car) and on both occasions left incredibly happy. Really can’t recommend Lexus Stoke enough. Thank you all so so so much. We will most definitely be back again should we need a new car in future.

I can not praise the team at Lexus Stoke enough, they made the whole experience a joy and very special. When I went to see the car and take it for a test drive nothing was rushed and they answered any questions I had and took time to show me the car. The day I collected the car everything went smoothly and again nothing was rushed once the paperwork was finished we went to the handover room where we had Japanese tea and kitkat before I was taken to the car which was inside. A big thank you to Simon and Chris I wish all my big purchases could feel so special.

It started with a very well presented video and introduction by Joe Chadwick.I was so impressed that I immediately drove 75mls. to view the car.Friendly greeting, leisurely inspection followed by a test drive and further information.Totally enamoured a deal was agreed.The car was exceptionally well presented at the handover and a very informative introduction was given on the various controls and personalisation.A very pleasant experience and thoroughly recommended.

Whilst not our local branch, we bought a Lexus from this team and are so glad our call was answered by James and Joe! I had a great experience at Lexus Stoke. Fantastic service from start to finish. Huge THANK YOU to Joe Chadwick and all the team. After my RX450h has been stolen, the Lexus Stoke team provided me with peace of mind and relax. It took me 6 weeks to sort out the payment (insurance company payout) for my RX450h Takumi since I reserved it. I never at any stage felt pressured or rushed even they waited such a long time for a payment. Thank you for all your support during the most stressful time for me. This was by far my best experience buying a car. I can definitely see myself dealing with them again even though they are not my nearest Lexus dealer (London). Just bought my Lexus is300h F-Sport from Joe Chadwick at Lexus Stoke he was amazing to deal with nothing was too much trouble for him he was so knowledgeable about the car. The car was immaculately turned out it’s a six year old car but looks brand new. A very nice touch when we were about to drive it away Joe came out with a beautiful bunch of flowers for my wife and a bottle of champagne. When I am looking for another car I will definitely will be in touch with Joe. Thanks again Joe you are a top man.

i would like to thank lexus stoke for the amazing experiance they produced for my wife and myself to get our first lexus the car is amazing to look at to drive and be proud of to have as ours i dealt with jamie knapper what a great truthfull honest and very helpful guy he made this very easy and very special for us - we have dealt with many different dealerships but lexus stoke are way ahead of anything we have experianced before -it was a day to remember thank you to everyone at lexus stoke who made this possible for us mr and mrs a burgoyne
