First time we used them they were fantastic, this time has been a complete shambles. An entire day late collecting the laundry, told me it will be ready today but they're actually closed. Spent all morning trying to get hold of someone. Called the shop and the person I spoke to was ridiculously rude and when I asked to speak to the boss was told he's sleeping!!. Such a shame as they were amazing before.

Not had hot water for about amonth. Pretty much essential for a launderette I would think!!Not the nice man that works there's fault but hardly a service I would expect. Fine if you want to wash your laundry on a cold wash. Going to loose customers for a more reliable service which is a pity as very local & convenient launderette.

I like to use the washing machine it doesn't make your color clothes run on another clothes, u can put White clothes with color an nothing happened to it, the man that work in there is a nice person.
