Excellent service from start to finish. Booked online and got an appointment within a week, i had the choice of a morning or afternoon appointment. I chose morning and was kept up to date of times. David arrived within the time specified and was finished in a timely manner. Rather than take it to a garage and wait all day, David was finished within a couple of hours right outside my door step. Having the choice to pay cash or card was a bonus also. Will absolutely use this service again. Thank you :)

The engineer that worked on my car Darren did a fantastic Job and was able to resolve an issue I had with payment instantly. He also took it a step further by raising my concerns about my MOT needing to be retested. Absolutely fantastic, highly recommended!

Initially had a service carried out on my car on Wednesday, Darren returned the Friday and carried out the repairs that needed doing, air bag light and front brake pads. Once again brilliant service, very friendly, professional and efficient will 100% use this company again ☺️

The process of booking is very user friendly and prices are very competitive compared to large Mainstream garages. The timekeeping leaves a lot to be desired in my case and the communication could be improved. Keeping customer up to date with technicians running late would be an improvement on your serviceI do have to commend the technician that finally attended Liam.Very helpful and knowledgeable and saved me money tooWill book again to see if the service improves as the workmanship was top quality

Josh's communication was great! From letting me know he was due to arrive early to walking me round and explaining the work needed for my car to pass my MOT. I felt he was genuine and have confidence in the service he carried out for me. I have a follow-up appointment to carry out the needed work which was booked there and then too. I felt the prices were genuine and reasonable.

A huge thank you to Darren, he came out and explained everything in simple terms, I was in safe hands with him and will absolutely use this company again for all future services and MOT. Overall positive experience and I'd highly recommend them, I would also use them again.Service: MOT, full service, brake fluid changePros:- good price, best I can find (including comparison to local garages)- they come to you, no worries about logistics when you don't have the car- technicians very professional and friendly, talked me through things carefully and no pushy sales techniques- they send their own technicians, unlike some other online servicing companies that simply operate as a broker and you may end up with an uncredible local garageCons:- as others pointed out, communication is not great. Their phone number always directs you to their online chat, and their online chat never works but only sends a message to the office. Fortunately, someone always replies on the day. So it did makes feel anxious a bit because of the lack of communication and the difficulty to reach them. But in then end, the quality of the actual service is good.
