I found Rhiannon and as I'm vegan I was so excited. I spent £74 having waxing and gel finger and toenails done as I was going to Thailand for a special birthday. She apologized several times to me for being offish and distracted during the visit, citing so many reasons I had overload, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake, on the morning I was leaving the first gel finger nail fell off and I was so upset my cousin rang her. By the second day into my holiday I was left with none as everyone of them fell off. I sent her numerous messages through messenger asking for a refund but she would not admit the disaster citing the condition of my own nails as a reason. She has no empathy and couldn't grasp how upset I was and lied about my cousin abusing her. Eventually she blocked me, so I now need to contact citizens advice. Absolutely devastated is an understatement, if you attend this salon do so at your own peril.

Rhi did my wedding make-up and manicures for my wedding party. She was so professional, best make-up ever!!! I was really happy with her services - the manicure was absolutely excellent too! She is really passionate about beauty and would highly recommend!
