Very happy with the service received. Everyone in the practice was very nice and helpful. The reception team was very kind and tried the best to book me in as soon as possible. I have seen dentist Julie Lam with her nurse, they both looked after me very well, Julie didn't rush and explained everything clearly. I am also very pleased with my hygienst Annete she is always full of positive energy and provides good quality service.

Lovely practice, Reception staff are really lovely, very welcoming and helpful. My dentist Julie is amazing, the nurse is always very attentive they put me at ease at every appointment as they are aware that a get a little nervous before attending.

We’ve been with this dentist as a family for 5 years now and it just isn’t what it used to be.Whenever we had an appointment booked since 2021 it would almost always get cancelled on the day. Meaning we would have to go on the waiting list for next available appointment. Which they couldn’t book on the day of cancellation.Around spring 2022 we were booked in (mother and 5 year old daughter, as back to back appointments), when arriving got told we had two different dentists as they moved my daughter to see someone else. I understand priorities, however as a young child, the dentist can be daunting, so going straight in the chair after you mum is reassuring. Hence asking for a back to back appointment with the same dentist. On this occasion we had a slight dramatic experience of two dentists at moved times. Not really ideal, now leaving my child worried about seeing the dentist (I don’t believe I have ever seen the same dentist twice)Most recently (this month) I received a text for my children booked for a check up appointment, in a weeks time. As soon as I received the text, I called the dentist to reschedule as we could not make the appointment. To which I was told, I will cancel your appointment. I then asked if we can book a date over the phone to ensure we are free. I was told no, we don’t book appointments. You have to make yourself free for the time of the scheduled appointment the practice book for you. And as we have cancelled our appointment for next week we would now need to wait on the list again to be seen. This method is outrageous, how can anyone be sure to be free for an appointment dropped on your for a weeks time?I asked if we could pay to go private in which the response was children cannot go private with us.I am very unsatisfied with the practice and their new ways. I completely understand priorities and private and NHS patients. But how can you run a practice without confirming dates for scheduled appointments? Surly the poor receptionists are going to be spending their time answering the phone to cancel appointments and receive grief down the line? Instead of using their time wiselyWe have now moved dentists

Absolutely disgusting service! Took me off the books because I didn't call for a while as couldn't afford it. Now can't get an appointment ANYWHERE thanks for them. Tried to explain my ADHD to them and all they did was put the phone down on me. They do not care about anybodies mental disabilities or illnesses. I would highly recommend you do not go here. Had trouble with the Pakistani dentist there too as she would treat me like a child and not try to understand me at all. Please for your own sake do not go here! Have you also noticed how they only respond to 'GOOD' reviews. Obviously don't want to sort anything out or care.

Had 3 appointments cancelled and then was put on a waiting list. Have been on it for 10 months now and nothing. Called several times and was just told I'm on the list but could be seen if I wanted to go private.

Awful experience as a private patient here, poor standard of dentistry having to come back days later for reworks on failed and sub-standard repairs, also rude desk staff I'm not sure are completely there who need to communicate better with the dentists instead of arguing what the patient has just been told to tell them..Do yourself right, spend your hard earnt money elsewhere and give your teeth a better chance of survival.Notice only positive reviews are replied to which also says a lot about this practice..

What a brilliant experience from start to finish.The ladies on reception were very friendly & very welcoming. It nice to walk into a place & see everyone with a smile on their face.I came for facial aesthetics & left very happy.Clean environment, the clinician spoke to me & talked me through out the process putting myself at ease.The nurse was very helpful & also made me feel very welcoming.Highly recommend!

I have been coming to this dentist for 50 years & have never had any problems getting an appointment. I have 2 back teeth that are playing up & a front tooth that I really need sorting as it has broken & I seriously need it sorting as I can’t cope with losing a front tooth. I can’t get an appointment & I know if my front tooth is left, I will lose it. I’ve been told there’s a 6 months wait & it’s making me ill. I’m nhs & always have been. I can’t afford private & I am seriously worried.The reception team are lovely, it’s not their fault.I’ve tried 111 and because I’m not in agony with my front tooth they can’t help.

Been with this surgery for a number of years. Since covid I've had one routine check up, and can't get another one as an NHS patient as they say they dont do NHS any more.They now have a payment plan £10.50 a month.I'm un happy about this. Mind you the care I've had the last few years has been less than satisfactory. Check ups are a quick look round and information about keeping my teeth clean.even though I've had pain and sensitivity issues, which they have not investigated.
