They can’t be bothered looking into customer’s complaints. Bought a motorbike battery from them on eBay. It turned out to be faulty and verified by a reputable garage near me.Sent it back to them which cost even more. They were adamant the battery was fine. They sent it back to me. It wasn’t. I had it checked with another garage and the results were the same. A faulty battery. Just won’t hold charge.£77 down the drain and no one is accountable. Next time will buy it on Amazon. At least it can be returned without fuss. If you want to buy a battery make sure you can return it even if it’s not faulty!
