Prompt and concise diagnosis of my system issue. He gave me an accurate quotation for the work and all was sorted before any downtime effected my business.Likable staff and very approachable, the issue was broken down to layman's terms and any questions I had were welcomed and answered articulately.I couldn't recommend them any more highly. I defiantly felt like i wasn't getting taken for a ride and could trust the engineer and as i am non technical when it comes to IT this is very important for me.
