Better than AnazonPrime same day service. Best service I experienced in years. Dropped off my shoes to get heals replaced. Very friendly man said it will be ready at 12 same day. Turned up at 12 all done and ready to go. On my second visit again very friendly smiling happy.

Guy who replaced my heels did a hash job colouring them to match the shoe. See picture. When I questioned it he got angry and defensive saying there was nothing wrong with it! When asked if he could try again he reluctantly agreed but said he wouldn’t do it again of it looked bad. I took them as they were in case he returned them in even worse condition. Terrible customer service. Will not use again.

It’s just turned 17:40, but guy working said shop is closed. Even though it’s supposed to close at 18:00. Employee looks to be busy on Netflix at the moment anyway, so completely understandable.

He charged us £50 for the cover of a van key. It worked only one week and broke again. The quality of the product is not good and too expensive. Now I’m looking for another place to do it again.

Luke here is amazing. I got my keys cut and they were a bit fiddly so Luke instantly tweaked and fixed them. He also didn't charge for a small job which just added to the great customer service experience.
