Needed replacement foam for inside my couch cushions the cushions covers were 5 inches deep but the foam Interiors were only 3inches deep as they had a 2inch quilted topper. I requested extra firm foam being a larger lady I know the foam he surgested wouldn't last from experience hence needing replacing. I explained I had someone else to make the quilted topper as this isn't something this place offers. Then the guy surgested adding a two inch layer of softer foam which I argued with him about for twenty minutes finally him agreeing to the 3 inch extra firm foam. My partner went to pay for and collect the cushions a week later as I was unavailable and they guy had made the cushions how he wanted to make them. Not only are the cushions not as i requested it made them very hard to get into the cushion covers, but I couldn't take them to have the quilted topper because there was no room to put the topper to the foam cushion and fit In The sofa covers. I clearly stated I wanted just the 3 inch extra firm foam cushion several times and even after arguing and him agreeing he did as he wanted. Had it been me picking up the cushions I would have refused what I had been given and not handed over any money until I got what I had asked for.
