Coffee House Guitars
Have now acquired two guitars from Coffee House, a 53 custom shop Fender tele and an aged Gibson custom shop Les Paul. Julian was most helpful, trustworthy, and very pleasant to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Coffee House guitars to anyone wanting to buy via the website and unable to travel to Frome to buy in person (I’m in N England). I hope to buy from them again one day.

Ordered a 56 NOS Custom shop guitar in mint condition from coffee house guitars. And I can’t praise Julian enough he was so polite and kind he kept me updated with delivery details all way until delivered. He sent videos off to me via WhatsApp with guitar set up and test. And showed me the packaging off the box and it was well packed and secured. I felt really assured off delivery. He his very professional takes a lot off pride and care and time for you. He also included an air tag and tracking information kept updated all time. Julian id like to say it’s a pleasure doing business with you. Carry on the good work I would highly recommend coffee house guitars 1st Class service thanks Julian.

A lot of love for Coffee House Guitars here. I visited a few weeks ago to try out a Masterbuilt Strat. I made an appointment a week in advance and on my arrival they made sure I had a parking space and made me a really nice coffee! Absolutely no high pressure sales here, they're happy to let you take your time and try out as many guitars as you like. Every guitar I played was great and really well setup. I get the impression the stock is selected very carefully and thoroughly checked over before being put up for sale. Everything speaks attention to detail here, which I find extremely reassuring.A few weeks later I had an issue with a privately purchased guitar (not from Coffee House Guitars) that arrived with undisclosed damage and the seller refused to give me a refund or even engage with me about it. I mentioned it to Julian at Coffee House Guitars and he went out of his way to help me and even wrote me an appraisal after inspecting the guitar. Thanks to Julian's appraisal I was able to get my money back from the seller. Absolutely top notch customer service, thank you!
