Been here Nov 2023!The exchange rate was better from all the places I tried in the area.Prancis was very helpful and friendly!Only remark: They have a website where you can calculate the exchange, more or less, because when I got there they told me there's a difference between online orders and on-location exchange, so keep in mind it might be better for you to do it online.

I went to this place to exchange the old Franc to pound today, a guy who is working there (his name was Francis) was very kind and he said the old Franc is not supposed to be accepted anymore and I said I have no chance to go to Swiss in the future anymore to change the note and he bought my notes instead. He was very nice and kind. I highly recommend this shop!

Francis was great. Ordered a small amount of euro for collection and gave it in a really low denomination as requested.Make sure you order online and you'll get one of the much better rates within the city.
