Thanks for the recent survey you carried out for us in Kilgetty, West Wales. It picked up some very worrying structural defects we were unaware of with this mobile home which you suggest would need immediate and professional attention. Due to this we have decided not to purchase as we can see these repairs being very costly and ongoing. Thanks for opening our eyes and saving us a lot of repairs, time, worry, and money.

Nick seemed to do a very efficient and quick job, I have yet to get the jobs checked out for price etc but I am pleased with the service so far, on both surveys he has done for us, and Nick has always been very polite and courteous on the phone as well. I recently used Subject II Survey for a full condition & structural survey of a park home. The service from first contact to receiving the report was second to none. Nick was wonderful to deal with. He clearly knows his stuff and took time to talk things through with me on-site. I then received the report by email, followed shortly after by two copies of the detailed report, complete with colour photos. A fantastic service all round and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

From contacting the company and the survey being completed they were very thorough in the information given as to what will happen on the day.Once the survey was completed the pack you receive gives a full detailed result of the property including photographic evidence.Would definately recommend
