Nice food 5/5 , my usual place for half a chicken and rice. Good texture and flavour. Customer service could be slightly better hence the 4 star rating . However it is much better than the great Horton branch .

We asked for mild flavouring on our food as we don't like spicy food. The food come and was very very spicy. Was unable to eat the food as it was too too hot bearing in mind we asked for mild. Very disappointed first and last time I will be ordering from here

Been to many pepes and this is the best one by far. Amazing and clean inside, lovely service and a top bloke serving and to top it off, sorted us out with plenty of sauce and properly salted chips. Where I’m from, pepes are stingy and don’t give enough salt or sauces without surcharge. This place is the one!

I love eating at this place all the time! The chicken is always so delicious and juicy every time I have it. The portion sizes are great and the prices are reasonable. Whether I order for delivery or eat-in, the quality of the food is consistently good.

if I could rate this 0 stars, I would!I went into the shop to order food to take out. Got home to discover they had given me the wrong order; rung the restaurant to report the issue & the customer service i received was absolutely dreadful. I spoke to the manager who was not understanding, not willing to deliver the right food and was very abrupt & extremely rude. Absolutely no need to be so difficult and stubborn.I was a regular customer to this particular branch but I will NOT be returning & will tell everyone about this terrible experience. Big mistake, HUGE.
