I needed a basic garden tractor for the upkeep of my paddock. I asked Dan for his advice and he matched me to a Mountfield. He was friendly, knowledgable, and not at all pushy. I asked him about more expensive models but he assured me that this was a waste of money. We agreed a delivery date, he came on time, did the demo, showed me how things worked. A perfect purchase experience.

STEER CLEAR!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTANT ! Sold defective, dangerous goods, then wouldnt send them back under warranty! Purchased a mower blade (£70+) which then broke in half cutting grass. LMS made every excuse then said they would send it back under warranty. When my wife took it back and to buy a new one they said it was overtightened. They are left handed thread and will always tighen themselves. These people have lied and treated us like idiots.

Bit late in posting this review. Bought a Hayters Lawnmower. Great service, really helpful. Even delivered it to the door assembled. Could not ask for better.
