Declan is an estate agent like no other - thoughtful, professional and attentive. He really does go the extra mile anticipating any issues, he's always three steps ahead. He even went to check on the property we were buying on Christmas Day as it was during a very cold snap and he wanted to make sure everything was A-OK. I'm generally not a fan of estate agents but I'm a massive fan of Declan's! He almost makes me want to move house again... I would never use one of the bigger local chains again, I would recommend Almost Home every time.

We have no hesitation in giving Declan a 5 star rating. We bought our home through Almost Home and were impressed by Declans's professionalism and hands on approach throughout. Almost Home are open 7 days a week and extended hours which places them above other estate agents. We highly recommend and would certainly look to use Almost Home to market our home in the future if we ever decided to move.

I will give all the stars in the sky when I post a review about Almost Home. A non-nonsense firm, who you can simply trust completely. Declan and his partner should receive the best estate agent award. I am confident no other estate agent would dare to emulate even half of the work ethos of this team. From evaluation, till and after completion of sale of your house, they will carry you forwards even if the ride is bumpy. The home viewings are thorough, updates and communication are timely, and they will go above and beyond to get things sorted whether it is with the solicitors, or even with the removal company. I would recommend Declan and his firm 110%. He will not boast that he has connections all over UK, that he will advertise your property in every nook and corner of UK, nor that he has a few cash buyers ready to buy your house". Don't hesitate

Declan has been very supportive throughout the process and gives an excellent personal service, doing his best to keep things moving when others in the chain were letting things down. We've successfully moved into our new home and we're very happy. Would recommend Almost Home.

Service provided by Declan Purcell & Frances (Almost Home) is par excellence, a rarity these days. At each stage of sale, he would keep you posted with timely information, do things beyond call of duty and acted more like a friend than an estate agent. We did not deal with Almost Home as our estate agent but they were involved in our chain, and were instrumental in keeping it together, keeping us informed and pushing the process to completion (March 2022). Hardly any estate agents would go above and beyond their remit. A very hard working couple who deserve to do well. Declan and Francis are a lovely and helpful couple, and we would not be in our dream home if it wasn’t for them. You will not regret using Almost Home as your estate agent. I know we are in a pandemic and we dont get out much but I viewed a property this morning with Declan. Best morning I've had in months he was so lovely and friendly. If I could I would chose him for every viewing I ever went to.Also good communication through out.
