Just had a call with Tom, he was very friendly and informative. He reviewed my policy and found me some additional cover to protect me and my family. Would definitely recommend most people to do this.

Adam Smith it’s the best advisor I ever had . He provided a lot of good and useful informations that I never knew until now even if I already had 3 life insurance and I spoke with many advisers but no one ever discuss and make everything in my best interest.He spent more than 1 hour explaining me in details about life insurance and give me the chance to chose and he answers calmly all my questions.Usually I don’t like speaking with advisors but the vibe he had made me want to listen everything he had to say .Thanks a lot Adam

Tom helped me to get a new policy for my partner. He was great, explained everything well, carried out various checks/quotes on different criteria until we found the policy we were happy with and even had to phone us back several times as my partner was always unavailable to speak with him but we finally got it sorted. Very friendly company to deal with starting with the young lady who introduced me on to the consultant Wyatt. He then spent a very long time with me in a business-like, efficient but also very friendly manner, to ensure I got the best quotation available for my particular health situation. Wyatt showed a real personal touch and the conversation was actually a very pleasant experience, quite different from the norm for these Q&As where the broker typically just tries to process you at warp speed then move on to the next in queue. It was a really genuine conversation and I have no hesitation in proceeding with the recommended policy. It is refreshing to do business in this day and age with someone who treats you as an individual person not as a number.
